All bidders must register to bid, only the registered bidder may claim the vehicle. If you need help or rush approval, email HTS Bid and customer service will walk you through the process. Dealers, have your Dealer License ID and expiration date ready. Private customers, have your driver’s license and expiration ready.
HOW DO I BID?
Login to HTSBid.com. Select the “View” button next to the run list to view active vehicles. Use the bid box on the right side of the screen to place bids.

HOW DO I KNOW I HAVE WON?
You will be sent an email no later than three hours after the event ends notifying you of your winning bids. You can also login to HTSBid.com to see which cars you won. You can even print out and invoice from the site, see what cars you need to pick up, etc.
HOW DO I PAY?
We accept cash, Credit Card (3% fee), or Cashier's Checks. HTS Bid will have the billing paperwork and the keys once payment is received.
HOW SOON CAN I PICK UP MY CAR?
Typically, the vehicles will be billed and ready for pickup by the end of business on the day of the auction. Please contact auction manager to make other arrangements if necessary.
CARS MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP NO LATER THAN 48 hours after the auction or you will be charged storage fees.
This is an “AS IS Auction”, we do everything in our power to list the cars condition accurately and highlight the major flaws in advance on the site.
